I am writing to say how much I have appreciated your support over the last month. Your professionalism and structured approach in following-up our 100's of exhibition enquiries, together with your efficient and full feedback set out clearly within the spreadsheets, has been invaluable.

It is always so difficult to ensure an efficient response to numerous enquiries gathered at exhibitions, particularly as there is always so much to deal with when one finally gets back to the office! So the support that you and your company provide not only takes away that stress, but also ensures that every customer has had a response from us as we promised.

It was also extremely kind of you to undertake the follow-up mailing of our brochures. This meant that I did not have to deal with several different companies or coordinate follow-up timings.
